Paul Noppen founded Noppen in 1998 with a simple idea: look after clients personally and do the work properly. Today we are a privately owned company servicing, maintaining, installing and certifying commercial building systems across Sydney.

Do you work only on commercial buildings?
Noppen’s core focus is commercial and industrial buildings across Sydney. Our industry experience includes government departments, community services, hospitality, retail, health and pharmaceutical sites, corporate and commercial property, private education and manufacturing environments.
What commercial HVAC services do you provide?
Our HVAC capability includes 24/7 service support, programmed preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis and repairs, installation, replacement and commissioning. The team also works across chillers, pumps and mechanical repairs, VRV and VRF systems, air and water balancing, laser alignment, thermal imaging, vibration analysis and system reporting.
Can you support fire, water and controls as well as HVAC?
Yes. Our current scope includes mechanical fire and smoke-control equipment such as dampers, smoke exhaust and stairwell pressurisation; cooling-tower and building-water treatment, testing and maintenance; and BMS automation, monitoring and fault diagnosis. We confirm the available scope, system interfaces and any specialist requirements for each building.
Can you work with an existing BMS or controls platform?
Often, yes. Where the installed equipment and platform support it, we can review schedules, operating conditions, trends, alerts and fault signals to guide maintenance and optimisation. We first confirm compatibility, access, existing interfaces and the required outcome before recommending an approach.
What reports can you provide for our building?
Reporting can be matched to the site and client requirements. Available formats include asset registers and audits, condition and lifecycle reports, forward-budgeting information, maintenance and service-call reports, breakdown analysis and plant energy reports. We will agree the useful information and delivery format with your facilities team.
